About Conference Invite & Research

The Global Summit on Public Health and Preventive Medicine (GSPHPM2022) will be held in Munich, Germany from 26 to 28 May, 2022. Mmhiine Mosana was invited to present her research at the conference. She will be presenting her research virtually under the invited session: Health management, maternal and child health and child & adolescent health. Her research is in nutrition physio;pgy, metabolic syndrome and programing, and ethnopharmacology.

Using moringa to promote secretion of biomarkers of good health!

The idea is to prevent metabolic syndrome in adulthood using ethnopharmacology through prophylactic intervention during the critical window of development stage (weaning). Moringa has gained popularity in the past decades because of its pharmacological properties. It is proved to have anti-diabetic, hepatoprotective effects etc.
